About AxionLogic

We build the data, design, and growth foundations mid-market companies actually need to compound.

AxionLogic is a modern analytics and BI consulting firm focused on Power BI, semantic modeling, and scalable reporting solutions for growing businesses. We help operators turn fragmented data into trusted decisions, and high-traffic websites into measurable growth — under one roof, on a modern stack, with engagements that ship in weeks.

Why we exist

Mid-market companies don't need another agency. They need a partner that ships.

Most growing companies hit the same wall around $20M in revenue. They have more data than insight, more tools than truth, and a website that hasn’t moved a revenue number in three years. The usual response is to hire another agency, another platform, or another headcount — and somehow none of it compounds.

AxionLogic was started by senior operators who watched that pattern play out one too many times. We do two things deeply — analytics (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, BI strategy) and modern web (Next.js sites, SEO, marketing automation) — under one roof, with the same people who diagnose the problem also writing the code that ships the fix.

Boring tech wins. Senior operators ship. Compounding beats novelty.

Our work is intentionally narrow on tools and deliberately broad on impact. We pick boring, durable technology, we partner with in-house teams instead of replacing them, and we stay long enough to make sure the work compounds after we step back.

Watch how we work

A two-minute walk-through of a real engagement — discovery, sprint, ship, hand-off.

What we believe

Six principles that show up in every engagement.

Not a values poster on a wall. These are the trade-offs we actually make when the work gets hard.

01

Senior consultants

Every engagement is led by people who have shipped this work before. No bait-and-switch to junior contractors after the SOW is signed.

02

Show your work

We share the model, the DAX, the architecture diagrams, and the repo. Black boxes are how consultants stay needed — not how clients get better.

03

Boring tech wins

Power BI, Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, dbt. Mature tools, well-applied, beat exotic stacks that need an evangelist to keep running.

04

ROI over output

We measure ourselves on the outcome — revenue lift, decision speed, hours saved — not on how many reports or pages we shipped this sprint.

05

Plain English

If we can’t explain the recommendation to your CFO in two sentences, the recommendation isn’t ready. Jargon hides thin thinking.

06

Stay long enough to compound

We design every engagement to outlast the engagement. Documentation, training, governance, and a handoff your team can actually run.

How we work

Embedded, not over the wall.

We design engagements to fit the way modern teams actually operate: shared backlogs, two-week sprints, Slack you can ping, and a clear handoff plan from day one. Three engagement shapes cover most of what clients need.

014–10 weeks · fixed scope

Sprint

A defined deliverable — a Power BI semantic model, a Microsoft Fabric foundation, a website rebuild, a marketing automation overhaul. Fixed price, fixed timeline, working demos at the end of every sprint.

Best for

You know what you need. You want it shipped, not pitched.

02Monthly · flex hours

Retainer

Ongoing capacity for dashboard work, content, SEO, CRO, or BI changes. Predictable monthly spend, no minimum-engagement contracts, work scoped weekly to what actually moves the number.

Best for

You shipped something good. Now keep it compounding.

03Fractional · senior

Advisory

Fractional senior consulting — board prep, BI strategy reviews, vendor selection, architecture reviews, and coaching for your in-house data or marketing leads.

Best for

You have the team. You need senior judgment in the room.
